ORDER INFORMATION

How do I place an order?
Kial can be found in many boutiques and specialty stores across the country. If you are interested in purchasing items that you see on this website, please use our store locator to find a store in your area. Click here to go to our store locator.

If you are a buyer and wish to carry kial in your boutique or store, we ask that you contact your sales representative directly (click here for a list of sales reps). You may also contact our customer service department Monday - Friday, 9AM-5PM EST, at 877.897.5425 for more information.

Is there a minimum?
We ask that you order at least four pieces of any one style.

Do you accept reorders?
Yes! We try to have merchandise available for reorder, but some items sell out faster than others, so it's best to place orders early. Reorders usually ship the following business day.

SIZE GUIDE

What is your fit like?
Kial clothes are a "contemporary missy" fit. What does this mean? The fit is designed to be close to the body. The rise is slightly lower than a traditional missy cut, but not as low as a junior rise. Extra small fits a missy size 0/2, small fits a missy size 4/6, medium fits a missy size 8/10, large fits a missy size 12/14, extra large fits a missy size 16.

We'd like you to feel confident that you are choosing the right fit for your body, so please refer to the guide below to find the size that matches your body measurements.

Measuring Instructions:

Bust: Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust, then drop your arms to your sides to measure.

Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape comfortably loose.

Hips: Stand with your heels together, and measure around the fullest part of your hips.

PAYMENT

Do you use a factor?
Many customers ask if we use a "factor." After careful consideration, Kial determined that we could provide better customer service if we handled credit matters within the company, so we established our own credit department.

What forms of payment are accepted?
Wholesale customers may receive Net 30 terms after successful completion of our credit process. Contact our customer service department to request a credit application. For your added convenience, we accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We can also ship orders COD; however, an additional fee applies to all COD orders.

If I open an account, are there any fees involved?
As long as you pay on-time, there are no fees with a Net 30 account. If your account should become past due, a late fee of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) is applied to your account.

Do you charge sales tax on any items?
We do not charge sales tax to wholesale customers.

SHIPPING

What are your shipping options and rates?
Your wholesale order will ship via FedEx ground. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. Basically, you pay what we pay. You will be billed the actual shipping cost. We can also ship orders COD, but an additional fee applies to all COD orders.

We are happy to ship using your preferred shipper and account number. Feel free to contact our customer service department to add this information to your account.

When will my order ship?
Pending order verification and credit approval, orders placed prior to 5pm, Monday-Friday, EST usually ship the next business day from our warehouse in Ohio.

Do you ship to addresses outside the United States?
Currently, we ship only to addresses in the United States. Our Canadian partner, Sportables, ships to our Canadian wholesale customers.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is Kial's Return Policy?
Kial will gladly accept merchandise returns for a full refund (less shipping & handling) within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date. We will only accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered, or washed. All tags must be attached.

For returns received more than 14 days after the order shipped to you, we will provide credit for the purchase price that can be used toward future purchases. We are sorry, but we cannot accept returns out of season. We cannot accept returns without prior return authorization.

Please note: shipping and handling charges for returns are non-refundable.

Upon receipt of returned goods, kial reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.

How do I return or exchange my order?
Please contact our Customer Service despartment by email at customerservice@kialco.com or call 877.897.5425 to receive a return authorization.

Ship the package to us via a trackable mail service to the address listed on the return form. Kial is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

If you cannot return the package by mail, please email us at customerservice@kialco.com or call 877.897.5425.

How long does it take to get my exchange or refund?
You can expect your refund/exchange to process within approximately 14 days of us receiving your merchandise.

What should I do if there is a shipping error?
In the event that we processed an order incorrectly or sent an incorrect item to you, we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund at our expense. Please call us at 877.897.5425 or email us at customerservice@kialco.com if there was an error fulfilling your order.

I would like to return an item I bought at a retail store. What do I do?
Please contact the store where you made your purchase for returns or exchanges.

I received damaged merchandise, can I return it?
In the unlikely event that you receive defective merchandise from Kial, we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund at our expense. However, if the item has been worn and damaged, we will be unable to accept the item for a return.
